The Planner (Coordination & Strategy) Responsibility:

The Planner manages the project timeline and ensures all administrative milestones are met. They are responsible for the 90-day Roadmap, tracking the "Project Milestone Tracker," and ensuring that communication between the beneficiary and the team remains clear.

The Fixer (Acquisition & Problem Solving) Responsibility:

The Fixer is the "boots-on-the-ground" role for navigating systems.

They organize the procurement of physical resources (housing, furniture, business tools, etc.) and negotiate with utility companies or service providers to remove barriers for the woman in transition.

The Anchor (Community Integration & Continuity) Responsibility: The Anchor manages the "handover" process. They ensure the beneficiary is connected to long-term community resources and manages the volunteer group's final administrative tasks to ensure the transition is permanent and stable.
